review all worked performed on their behalf online. Also available is the transfer
of detailed data about the inspected asset to their own computer network using
standard industry techniques.

- Handheld inspection technology is used . This technology allows us to:
- Send assignments directly to the field specialist’s handheld device.
- Guide the field specialist through the process.
- Provide the customer with a printed copy of the inspection.
- Capture the customer’s signature for our files.

- Management reports are available upon request.
- Data and Archives
- All Condition Inspection Reports and Mechanical Reports are available on Manders Site and digital images that have been completed.
Reports are kept on the site permanently, and the digital photos created greater than 6 months ago are backed-up to CD-ROM.
- Damage Appraisal Reports, total loss reports, branding forms are sent
electronicaly along with digital photos.
